How can I buy products for other people, or allow others to buy for me?
  • If you wish to make purchases for someone who is not registered in Web Sales, then use the Add option to create their registration and automatically link you to them.
  • If you wish to make purchases for someone who is already known to Web Sales, then you cannot create a new registration for them. Instead, you must get them to grant you permission to make purchases for them. They can do this via their Add page.
  • Please note that Registration Linking is one-way only for data protection purposes. If you allow others to buy for you, that does not grant you any access whatsoever to them or their details. If you wish to have joint access, then you must each grant access to the other.
  • If you added a Friends And Family, and want the linked person to buy for you, you must grant them access via the Add Page.
  • The Display will only show summary details of people that you may buy for. This is the maximum detail that you will see of their information.
  • All purchases are made against the logged in user's credit card, but only those items allocated for the logged in user will appear in their Order History. Items allocated to a will appear in the Order History for the linked user.
Why should I upload a photograph, and what happens to it?
  • You do not need to upload a photograph. However, if you do, it will be stored on the clubs system, and may have a number of uses. Some of these may make the photograph mandatory, but if preferred, or if no digital image is available, the photograph can always be taken to the ground and scanned in.
  • The photograph may be used by the club for Card Prints (e.g. Season Ticket or Membership cards). It may be used for mailing club material (e.g. Junior Membership Fan pictures).
  • The club may also use it for security checks.
  • No other registration will be able to view your image, and you may change it at any time using the Upload Photograph option. You can display the image via the Display Photograph option. If you wish it to be removed, please contact the club.
Why does it slow down after I log in?
  • For security purposes, all transactions change to 'secure mode' as you log in. You can identify this by the padlock appearing in the lower edge of the browser. This is your assurance that no one can intercept your details, and that you can change your club information, and shop via Web Sales with confidence. However, this is slower to use.
  • If you wish to run faster, then consider not logging in until you need to make changes to your details or until you need to make a purchase.
  • You can 'browse' and select purchases without logging in. This is faster, and allows you to select seats or tickets, making amendments until you know what you wish to purchase. The screen will ask you to log-in in order to progress. You can log in at this point, and then take the checkout option to show you the current summary of purchases. You can add or change the purchases, although you cannot mix products (e.g. Memberships and Match Tickets cannot be mixed, but tickets for different matches may be purchased). Once logged in, you are in secure mode again.
