Season Ticket Terms & Conditions 

1. Tickets are subject to the Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of
the Rugby Football Union, the Zurich Premiership and Northampton
Rugby Football Club Ltd.(the company) 


2.(a)The Company reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel
this season ticket as a result of the misconduct or misbehaviour 
of the holder without limitation if the holder's behaviour is
found to be in the breach of the Rules and Regulations and Bye-laws
reffered to in 1 above and Rules and Regulations and Bye-laws 
applicable to the home playing venue.


(b)The company also reserves the right to withdraw and/or cancel
this Season ticket if the holder has not paid in full on or before
the date specified by the Company and to require immediate payment 
at the publicised gate prices for all games attended using the
Season ticket prior to the date of withdrawal and/or cancellation.
 

3.The Company reserves the right to change the venue, day and kick
off time of any match.
 

4.A breach of the Ground Regulations or actions which may cause 
offence such as swearing, spitting, unruly behaviour and acts of
racism may lead to ejection from the Ground, the Season ticket may
be revoked without refund and criminal proceedings may follow.


5.Tickets cannot be exchanged and no refunds will be made in respect
of unused tickets.
   

6.Season tickets are strictly non-transferable and the holder is
not permitted to re-sell any of the vouchers contained there in.
 

7.The match tickets cotained in the Season ticket book allow the
holder entry to the home playing venue for all home Zurich 
Premiership matches,the first three home pool matches of the
Heineken Cup and two other matches,to be decided by the Club.
 

8.The ticket appropriate for admission to each match will be 
displayed at the entrance to the venue and the appropriate ticket
must be handed to the operator/attendant. The ticket must be torn
from the book in the presence of the turnstile operator otherwise
admission may be refused.
 

9.The Company cannot accept any responsibilty for lost or stolen
vouchers or books of vouchers. It is the holder's responsibilty to
check their book on entry to ensure that they are handing over the
correct voucher. If you lose your book please report this to the 
police and to the club immediately, an administration charge of
£10 will be levied per replacement book.
 

10.If your season ticket is defaced do not dispose of the
remains,contact the club immediatley. You must present defaced
tickets so that the Company can consider replacement.

In circumstances where the Company agree to replace a defaced
book a charge of £10.00 will be made for such a replacement. 

11.Season ticket holders will be notified of how to purchase 
tickets for other cup, friendly and special matches held at Northampton
Rugby Football Club Ltd's Franklin's Gardens stadium in the matchday
programmes, the clubs hotline and on it's website 
www.northamptonsaints.co.uk.
Season ticket holders will not be notified by post.
 

12.You are advised to enter the ground at least thirty minutes
prior to the advertised time of commencement of the match.
Please contact a steward if you have any queries on match day.


13.If you forget to bring your Season ticket book you will not 
be issued with a duplicate ticket, but you may be able to purchase
a ticket at the Ticket Office subject to availabilty.The Company
may refund you for the ticket purchased if you return your match ticket
stub and relevant ticket from your Season ticket book to us, with a 
stamped addressed envelope.
 

14. All Season ticket and seating allocations are subject to 
availabilty.


 Junior tickets are applicable as follows:-
15. Juniors are persons 4-15 years of age as at 01/01/07.


 Concession tickets are applicable as follows:-
16. Senior citizens, any people over 65 as at 01/01/07.
17. Students with NUS card.
18. 16-18 year olds who are in full time education.
19. Registered disabled persons.
20. No season ticket holder will be eligible to change category during the season.
21. Proof of status for concessionary tickets may be requested.
22. A limited number of wheelchair positions are available, please 
contact our Ticket office on 01604 581000.
 

 Please ensure that you advise the ticket office of any change of
address.  Telephone 01604 581000 or complete the slip provided in your
Season ticket book.
