Step By Step Guide to Online Ticket Sales

Login If you have not got a Customer Number and a password you will not be able to purchase tickets online. If you do not have a Customer Number AND a password, please call us to register. If you are already registered with online ticket sales you can log on immediately.

To Login

1.)     Use your Customer Number which is a 13 digit number and your password to log in.

2.)     If you have not bought online before, your password is set to your postcode which you should type in with block capitals. Do not leave any spaces when you type it in. Please note that your password is case sensitive.

3.)     If you have for forgotten your password you will be asked to enter your Customer Number, press send and a password hint will be sent to your email address.

Example:     Customer Number: 123456789012    Password: RG20FL

As the password is case sensitive, if it does not go through first time, try it with / without the caps lock. As a last resort, try it with a space.

4.)     1.)     Once you have entered this information, click the enter button with the mouse rather than pressing enter on the keypad.
2.) HELP! I have tried to log in, but it tells me that my Customer Number and password does not exist. Make sure you have typed in your correct Customer Number and password. Also make sure that you have the right password with the right Customer Number. If you still have a problem please e-mail, and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.
3.) Once you have logged in successfully your account screen will appear and will display your name and Customer Number.

Season Ticket Holders

Season Ticket holders should follow the general login information above. However, your seat will automatically be reserved for you.

Season Ticket holders should select the non season ticket game they are applying for and pre reserved message will appear. Season Ticket holder seats are held in your shopping basket. Go to your shopping basket and continue with your purchase by paying. Follow the detailed instructions below if in any doubt, (once you are logged in).

Purchasing tickets

1.)    Click purchase tickets button

2.) Page entitled ONLINE TICKET SALES - FORTHCOMING FIXTURES Click on the game you want tickets for (highlighted in blue).

3.) Page entitled TICKET LOCATION. Choose your preferred seat area from the stadium map by clicking on the block you would like to sit in.

5.)    Page entitled TICKETS REQUIRED. Choose a quantity of tickets that you require of each type - Adult, Concession and Juvenile and then press continue.

6.)    Page entitled SHOPPING BASKET. If you are happy with the order click checkout to pay for the tickets. If you would like to remove a purchase/game click Delete. To add other matches click Other Matches and to clear basket click on Clear Basket.

7.) Page entitled CHECKOUT. Enter your credit/debit card details. (Sorry, but we don't take American Express because of the high commission rate we pay on this card).

8.) Once the transaction has been completed you will be automatically directed to a confirmation window.

9.) You will also receive a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address.
